Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is designed for women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stressed, disconnected, or constantly “on.” It’s for women wanting practical tools to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered.
What will I learn during the workshop?
You’ll learn simple, practical nervous system regulation tools including breathwork, grounding techniques, somatic practices, mindfulness, and gentle body-based exercises designed to help reduce overwhelm and restore balance.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and guided in a safe and supportive environment.
Is this therapy?
No. This workshop is educational and wellness-based and is designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. You may also like to bring a journal and yoga mats and cushions are supplied for comfort.
Will I be asked to share personal experiences?
No pressure at all. Sharing is always optional. This is a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can participate at your own comfort level.
